On Weroglobal sites (weroglobal.com, weroglobalvisa.com, weroglobalstudent.com, system.weroglobal.com, b2b.weroglobal.com), we use a limited number of cookies and similar browser storage technologies to provide your visiting experience and maintain security. This policy has been prepared taking into account the KVKK (Law No. 6698), the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 and the Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices.
1. Cookies and storage we use
| Name / type | Purpose | Duration | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookie (wg_*) | Secure operation of forms and sessions; file tracking, payment and partner portal sessions | Until the browser is closed / after at most 2 hours of inactivity | Strictly necessary; no consent required |
| Cookie preference (wg_consent) | Remembering your cookie choice | 1 year | Strictly necessary |
| Panel menu preference (ax_nav) | Menu display, in the admin panel only | 1 year | Strictly necessary |
| Campaign source (wg_src — browser storage) | Adding to your request, when you submit a form, which advertisement / link brought you to our site (utm parameters, Google / Meta ad click ID, referring site) | Only while the tab is open if you have not given consent; up to 90 days if you have | Not stored persistently without consent (explicit consent) |
| Analytics cookies (Google Analytics / Tag Manager, if enabled) | Visit statistics | Period set by the provider | Explicit consent |
| Third-party content (Google Maps, YouTube, social media, payment page) | Embedded maps / videos and the PayTR / iyzico secure payment page | Period set by the provider | Those required for the service are strictly necessary; others require explicit consent |
Our site's own visit counter does not use cookies and does not store your IP address. Videos are loaded in a privacy-enhanced mode that reduces cookie use.
2. Managing your preferences
On your first visit, you can choose “Accept all”, “Reject” or “Preferences” in the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time via the link at the bottom of the page. You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; if you block strictly necessary cookies, forms and pages that require a session may not work.
3. Further information
For detailed information on the processing of your personal data, you can review the KVKK Privacy Notice, and to exercise your rights you can use the KVKK Request Form.
